Reminder to Clerks: Update Information Online

Municipal Clerks - Please make sure your login and password are current so you are able to update all of your municipality’s information on the Municipal Clerks of Illinois (MCI) website following the April election. This includes, but is not limited to, newly elected officials, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical/mailing address for the municipality.
 
Have your username and password?
To get started, locate your username and password, then click on this link to begin updating the information we have on file for your municipality.
 
Forgot your username and password?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can click on this link to be forwarded to the MCI site to request an email reminder.
 
Don’t have a username and password?
If you do not yet have a username and password to access your municipal information via the Municipal Clerks of Illinois (MCI) website, please click this link to be forwarded to the MCI website to request a username and password. Once the account request is verified, you will be given a username and a temporary password that you may change upon your first login.
